Medical Mileage, a free self-help tool operated by The Clayton Perry Law Office for Injured Workers, APC · Last updated: July 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Medical Mileage tool ("the Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Service helps California injured workers track medical-travel mileage and generate reimbursement forms. It is a free self-help tool and is not legal advice; using it does not create an attorney–client relationship.
Information we collect
To provide the Service, we collect only what you enter or what is needed to operate it: your mobile phone number (to send login codes and identify your account), and the case information you choose to enter — such as your name, home address, the medical providers you visited, and the dates and details of your trips. We also keep the reimbursement forms you generate and sign.
How we use your information
We use your information only to operate the Service for you: to sign you in, estimate your mileage, generate and store your forms, and — if you ask us to — email your signed forms to the address you provide. If you separately opt in by tapping "Want help with your claim?", we use the contact information you give to reach out to you about legal help.
Text messages (SMS)
We send you a one-time login code by SMS when you request one on the sign-in screen. By entering your mobile number and requesting a code, you consent to receive that text message.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number, or any consent to receive text messages, with anyone. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency: you receive a login code only when you request one — typically one message per sign-in. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages may prevent you from signing in, since the login code is sent by SMS.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service — for example, with the vendors that deliver our text messages and emails — and as required by law.
How your information is protected
Your data is stored on an encrypted, access-controlled server. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your case information in the app at any time, and you can delete a claim entirely. To request deletion of your account, contact us at the address below.
